SB3 was established in 1997 based on the idea of Stefano Bonfanti. While working as a technician he often faced problems concerning a need of prototypes for low scale production series. Then very early he realized that customers have a need to for rapid and functional prototypes to test their products and projects problems with prototypes and small series. From this idea - rapid prototyping- the company was born in 1997. Starting from 1997 SB3 is a technology partner for people and companies who wish to develop rapid prototypes and test future projects without needing to invest on a production line at the early stage of the product cycle.
